The answers you give in the questionnaire. That includes business figures such as monthly revenue, pricing, margins, customer counts and funnel numbers, plus free-text descriptions of your business in your own words.

An email address only if you choose to enter one. It is optional and the questionnaire works without it.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and there is no mailing list.

Two AI providers process parts of your answers so the tool can work. They are processing it on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

Anthropic receives your answers in order to ask clarifying questions between sections and to write the readable prose in your report. As the questionnaire currently works, the answers you have given so far are included in that request.

OpenAI receives a short derived summary of your diagnosis — the reason a constraint was identified and a few supporting figures — which is used to find comparable businesses in our case library. Your full answer set is not sent to OpenAI.

Supabase hosts the database where your answers and report are stored.

We use it to produce your diagnosis and report, and to improve the tool by reviewing how it performs. Your report is viewable by anyone who has its link, so treat that link as private.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.

The questionnaire saves your progress as you go so you can come back to it. If you abandon it partway, that partial progress is stored — deliberately without any email address, so an unfinished session cannot be used to contact you.

Until you ask us to delete it. We have not set an automatic deletion period yet; when we do, this page will say so.

Email noel.karrbrink@gmail.com with the link to your report, or the email address you used, and we will delete it. You do not need to give a reason.

Your report is a general business analysis generated from the numbers you supplied. It is not professional, financial, legal or accounting advice, and it does not take account of anything you did not tell us. Use your own judgement, and talk to a qualified professional before making a decision that matters.
